All admitted bachelor's degree program applicants are required to complete online placement tests as required by their majors. These tests help ensure that you are enrolled in the appropriate level of English, math and physics. You won’t be able to register for courses until your placement tests have been completed.

No one passes or fails a placement test. It’s important to note that achieving the required results in these tests allows you to directly enroll in your freshman-level courses, avoiding additional fees and time associated with preparatory courses. We encourage you to thoroughly prepare for your placement tests by reviewing the test samples found on the AUS Testing Center webpage.
Please note that you must submit an English Language Proficiency score (IELTS/TOEFL) to be able to book the English Placement Test.
The placement tests are taken online before you come to campus. For more information on our placement tests, please click here.
