All admitted bachelor's applicants are required to complete online placement tests as required by their majors. The purpose of placement tests is to place students in the appropriate level of English, math, and physics. Applicants will not be able to register for courses until the placement tests are completed.

There are no pass or fails for the placement test(s). Achieving the required results in these tests allows direct enrollment in freshman-level courses, avoiding additional fees and time associated with preparatory courses.
We encourage you to thoroughly prepare for the placement test(s) by going through the test samples that can be found on the AUS Testing Center webpage.
An English Language Proficiency score (IELTS/TOEFL) is required to be able to book for the English placement test.
