Attesting Documents in the UAE
For graduates of UAE private universities accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MOHESR), official bachelor’s and master’s degree transcripts and graduation certificates are required. All documents must be attested by MOHESR.
For graduates of UAE public universities accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (United Arab Emirates University, Higher Colleges of Technology, and Zayed University), official bachelor’s and master’s degree transcripts and graduation certificates are required; however, MOHESR attestation is not required.

Attesting Documents Outside the UAE
For graduates of international universities outside the UAE, official transcripts and graduation certificates for both the bachelor’s and master’s degrees are required. These documents must be attested by the authorized educational authority or ministry in the country of graduation, as well as by that country’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In addition, all transcripts and certificates must be attested by the UAE Embassy in the country of graduation.
