Only TOEFL and IELTS are accepted by the American University of Sharjah; other tests, including but not limited to the following, are not accepted:

*For conditional admission, the MBA and MA TESOL degree programs require a minimum TOEFL iBT score of 80/4, TOEFL ITP score of 550, or a minimum IELTS (Academic Version) score of 6.5, or a minimum EmSAT (Achieve English) score of 1550.
Conditional admission applicants may also be required to meet additional specific requirements as specified by their requested degree program. Applicants admitted conditionally may not apply for a graduate assistantship until they meet the conditions.
