AUS offers a range of Merit Scholarships (covering 10 to 20 percent of tuition and lab fees) to academically qualified applicants. To be eligible, students must have achieved an average equivalent to 95 percent and above in Grades 10 and 11; Grade 12 results are not considered in the evaluation. Transfer students are not eligible for a Merit Scholarship.
Merit Scholarships are automatically awarded at the time of admission, and no separate application is required. All scholarship offers are subject to the availability of funds and are not guaranteed. American University of Sharjah reserves the right to discontinue Merit Scholarships at any stage of the admissions process.
Decisions on merit scholarship eligibility will only be given after the application evaluation is complete.
