G- Unable to view Admission Letter

To view your Admission Letter, log in to apply.aus.edu and open your active application. Go to Decision History/ DECISION LETTER and Click on “Download”. Please check the above photo for more information.

 

If you are unable to view your Admission Letter kindly follow these steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

  1. Your browser’s security settings might be preventing your Admission Letter from opening directly upon download. Go to your downloads folder to check if the letter was downloaded successfully and open it directly from the folder.
  2. Update your Java application. If your Java application is not up to date, it could prevent you from viewing your Admission Letter. Download the latest version and access apply.aus.edu again to view your letter.
  3. The Admission Letter is a PDF file. Download Adobe Acrobat Reader to view PDF files.
