Clearing Admission Holds to Register for Courses

To check your active admission Holds on the banner, kindly follow the below steps;

1 - login to Web Enabled Interface for Students banner.aus.edu using your AUS email username 

    (b00XXXXXX or g00XXXXXX) and password

2 - Click Student Services

3 - Click Student Records Menu

4 - Click on View Holds

To have an active admission Hold expired, kindly upload the required document to your online application on apply.aus.edu

To follow up on your submitted document, submit a query to infodesk.aus.edu

If there is (any) Hold from departments other than the Office of Enrollment Management, please contact the concerned department directly.
