Registering for TOEFL iBT

The Internet-Based TOEFL iBT registration and payment must be done online at www.ets.org. If you wish to take your TOEFL iBT at AUS, please select American University of Sharjah as your test center during the registration process.

Note that AUS applicants are required to have their TOEFL iBT score reports sent directly to AUS by choosing the code: 0526.
