Admission requirements for International Baccalaureate - IB Curriculum

Admission to AUS is competitive, and the required minimum average for admission consideration will depend on the number of qualified applicants and available seats.

Depending on the school grading system, applicants graduating from the International Baccalaureate school system are required to obtain the following:

• Must be awarded the full IB Diploma with six subjects (excluding Islamic Education) with at least three in the higher level, and attain a minimum score of 24 points, or an average of 24 or above in the best two years of the last three years.

• Applicants who were not awarded the IB Diploma but received the IB certificate can apply and will be assessed based on the provided high school credentials.

• An English Language Proficiency report from any of the following tests with the listed minimum scores:

Early Admission (highly recommended)

Applicants are encouraged to apply early. If you are in your final year of secondary school, you are encouraged to apply for early admission by submitting official grade reports for grades 10 and 11.

Early admission is only offered to highly qualified applicants. Admission is not considered final once students submit a recognized and officially certified secondary school certificate or equivalent showing successful completion of secondary education and all other items as requested in the Admission Letter.
